How to play Bank El Haz

From your first roll to the final player standing.

Start a room

Pick a name and token. Play against computer opponents or share a private room link with two to six players. Everyone starts with 1,500 units of virtual currency. The host picks the shared board theme and currency before starting; language remains each visitor's personal choice. The board is locked when play begins so everyone sees identical cities and prices.

Roll and decide

At the start of your turn, roll two dice and move by their sum. Passing Start adds 200. On an unowned city, a buy decision appears in the board's center. Declining starts an auction open to the other players. Landing on an opponent's unmortgaged deed charges rent.

Complete a country

There are seven countries of three cities each. Owning a full set doubles its undeveloped base rent and unlocks building levels. Develop evenly across the group, up to three levels per city. Airports and utilities can be purchased but cannot be developed. Mortgaged deeds collect no rent.

Special squares and winning

Chance and Court show cards explaining the outcome; tax squares cost money. In jail, roll doubles, pay 50 bail, or use a Get out of jail card. Sell buildings evenly or mortgage a deed if cash runs low. The last solvent player wins.
